Spearheading end-to-end delivery of analytics use cases to drive business value while improving the customer experience across different areas of the organisation by owning, managing and executing the relevant life cycle stages of analytics initiatives (from ideation, production to adoption) whilst working closely with project sponsors to understand their needs and strategic direction and concurrently representing the voice of the Business in an agile squad operating model.
Project leader for the implementation of key Strategic Projects (such as set up of new Representative Offices, Transformation Programs, Business Process Reviews, Digitalisation projects, amongst others) for Strategic Business Units of the Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd, involving the application of project management tools and techniques and the management and coordination of multiple stakeholders.

Provided retail banking facilities to existing and potential customers, prepared their credit files for approval and follow-through till disbursement of housing and personal loans and delivery of products such as debit and credit cards.
