About me
Motivated and visionary product owner with nearly 5 years of experience in a dynamic agile and scrum-oriented environment. Eager to maximize the value of the product with a different mindset by taking advantage of the MVP on most valuable features with increments. Also, by understanding well the competition in the market, keeping a communicative and collaborative relationship with the various stakeholders including the development team. Having a clear product vision as well as, having a good negotiation skill when it comes to decision-making. In previous roles, managed to keep consecutive releases during the sprints and was able to empower 95% of the product completion by going in line with the roadmap resulting into more growth in finance applications with an additional cut lead times greater than 60%. Le cross-functional teams in person and in remote to expected efficiency. Build strong foundation with main clients located in Switzerland and France and physically in office together with operational users at international level.
