• Business and Management consultancy, conducting Business Analysis, Project Management and/or Change Management activities,
• Leading all Information Technology projects,
• Analyze clients business requirements, develop and manage business strategy development and plans in alignment with the corporate strategy function according to statutory requirements,
• Analyze all compliance requirements and design appropriate solutions and perform regular analysis on same.
• Develop and modify all compliance standards and procedures and participate in development of all compliance programs.
• Design all compliance policies and procedures and implement all new regulations and statutes and provide necessary training,
• Manage all communication regarding changes and design required tools to assess all risk and monitor all processes to ensure compliance with all industry regulations and provide assistance in processes re-engineering,
• Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions,
• Documentation of all business associated policies and implementation guides and coordinating with cross functional teams and perform all functional SME activities.
• Coordinating with other departments to identify problems, processes and seek to resolve them according to the needs and specifications,
• Communication with all levels of management, review clients workflows for processes re-engineering,
• Adhering to ISO 9001 standards,
• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and install computer and network devices used in any part of the station’s facilities, include laptops, office computers and printers.
• Identified problems, diagnosed causes, and determined corrective action to facilitate repair of a variety of computer hardware and software products (Microsoft products).
Data Entry: Entered patients` data using the SAP system from the outpatient department to the wards.
Networking: Exposure to computer networking and connection to the internet, network configuration and troubleshooting as well as cabling.
• Creating, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and solving hardware or software faults.
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with network and password issues.
Maintenance: The regular ICT maintenance included hardware and software maintenance as well as application maintenance to keep the computer network and systems in good working condition and running smoothly to avoid technology roadblocks.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Ensuring all hardware operates at its optimum level with latest updates and patches.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as well as testing new technology.
SAP Administration: SAP implementation, testing and monitoring, process re-engineering, managed, supervised and led trainees and end users, documented Quality Assurance documents and undertook roles of the ICT manager in his absence.
• Train end users in specific modules of SAP system.
• Participate in all SAP implementation stages.
• Documentation of SAP project stages from initiation to closure.
