Talenteum charges the cost of the Talents made available and is only remunerated by a monthly subscription starting at € 190/month.
Responsible to provide effective implementation and coordination of COVID-19 prevention and preparedness activities and to communicate key messages on COVID-19 as well as disseminating SBCC messages around COVID vaccines at the community and faith institution level.
Detailed responsibilities:
-Mobilization of community by dissemination of SBCC messages around Covid vaccines.
-Producing area adapted, targeted beneficiaries friendly IEC materials for Covid-19 vaccine.
-Lead community mobilization and sensitization on community participatory adherence to COVID-19 preventive measures.
-Capacity building, facilitation and coaching to community health workers regarding Covid-19.
-Improve the health of the population through promoting safe hygiene practices and ensuring community involvement in the design and delivery of essential primary health services.
-Map community led RCCE (risk communication and community engagement) activities and sectors’ community engagement activities for complementarity and consistency.
-Liaise with Monitoring and Evaluation team in conducting assessments to inform the response.
-Collaborate with the community health workers and local leaders to collect feedback, rumors and misinformation on COVID-19 and use the information gathered to adapt communication and community engagement activities.
-Compile and share ideas and methods on how to engage with communities in a two-way communication.
-Concept of the project (End of November 2020. The project was selected among many others form Rwanda, DRC, Uganda and Burundi);
-Assume the project implementation; -Identify the information gaps on COVID-19 and detect rumors circulating about COVID-19 in the Mahama camp and the surrounding areas;
-Production of messages containing information on COVID-19 (for the radio programs);
-And supervise the production of audio content that will be used during the awareness campaign against COVID-19 in the Mahama camp (mobile loud speakers and Izuba Community Radio).

-Communication with HFN publics (internal and external) in order to maintain or improve the good image of the organization;

-Write thanking letters for supporters, donors and partners;
-Etc.

-TV7 Social media management (Facebook, Twitter,
Youtube, Gmail, Twitter, Flickr and Pinterest);
-Video editing.
-Production of audiovisual documentary films
-Translation of 2 documentary films from French to
Kinyarwanda.
-Elaboration (with the communication team) and
following communications strategies to keep
good image of the Ministry and the country;
-Write articles;
-Update the social media pages for the Ministry;
-Inform staff on local and international news on
Rwanda by sending daily e-mail;
-Aware the staff on the use of Social media to keep
good image of the Ministry (by organizing short
workshops/trainings with the communication team.
-Chief Editor of Pre-recorded programs;
-News and programs presenter;
-News reporter (For RC Nyagatare and Radio
Rwanda);
-Write articles for Imvaho Nshya.

Training of female journalist on Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Media sector.
Uwera M. Olive is a journalist and communication specialist with 12 years of technical experience in Journalism, Communication, Video and Audio Production, Media engagement and Social media management.
Currently Olive works as a Freelance journalist; she produces media content and sells it to media houses.
In her journalistic career, Olive have worked for various Media Houses. She can do the video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro and she speaks French, English and Kinyarwanda. She’s also familiar with Xara Photo and Graphic Designer.
