-Improve/revise maintenance strategy adequate for each fixed equipment
-Ensure that all Condition Monitoring tasks is completed by the team as per the standard and the SOP
-Establish predictive and preventive maintenance schedule for the new equipment
-Revise predictive and preventive maintenance schedule for the existing equipment
-Provide an RCA report for each equipment failure
-Perform a routing Safety inspection on all area
-Provide an acceptance testing report for new installed equipment and Commissioning report after each repair
- Lead and train millwright team to perform precision alignment(belt,shaft), fan balancing and all the complicated tasks as bearing installation, setting of the screen counterweight.
-Collect, analyze and interpret vibration data on machine components to enable early detection of failures and
prevent unexpected downtime
-Weekly route report/Exception report in real time if needed, provide a right recommendation as outcome
-Ensure point parameter in AMS Machinery software according the machine components configuration
-Thickness testing for all casing, chute, pipe and vessel
-Non Destructive Testing on all suspected cracks and welding quality control
-Monitor the equipment temperature with infrared camera on regular basis
-Provide a report and save all data into the system for all completed tasks
- Support the mechanical team for the breakdown and complicated tasks
- Execute a shaft alignment (laser alignment for horizontal coupling/Dial indicator for vertical coupling)
-Carry on all different checklist for all equipment
-Execute all the preventive and curative maintenance
-Perform a troubleshooting for all failed equipment
-Fill all the work order at the end of the day
-Report immediately to the supervisor all the abnormal condition of the asset
-Do the risk assessment prior to start the job
-Clean and take care of the tools during and after the work completion
-Check the completion of the fire alarm system installation according the standard
-Check the completion of the grounding wiring according the standard
-Support the electrical team to achieve the tasks on time and safely
-Certify the as built document prior to deliver to the client
-Ensure the wiring from the substation to the panel
- Ensure the wiring from the panel to the equipment
-Always do the risk assessment before starting the job
