- Job Cards: Responsible to create jobcards for all purchase orders received and hand it to the accountable manager/supervisor with all the relevant supporting documentation e.g. drawings, scope of work etc.
- Upon completion of job ensure that the jobcard is signed of and that all relevant documentation is attached e.g. drawings, QCP, QCN, etc.
- Sales / Invoicing: (Upon receipt of completed Jobcard)
- All debtors invoicing (Quick Books) and follow up on outstanding payments.
- E-Invoicing via Quadrem; Create data packs for clients as per contract requirement.
- Export admin documentation; Track work in progress (WIP) and progress invoicing for projects; Monthly Sales reporting.
- Cost Analysis / Job Costing: Responsible to prepare daily costing report for client for Projects, tracking of labour, equipment, material and hired equipment. This report is used for final measure of project carried out and progress invoicing of project. Data is extracted from on site daily diary, electronic clocking system and purchasing reports from Quick Books and submitted to client daily.
- Contract Review: Log new contracts, track expiry and review dates. Assist with pricing reviews for existing contracts and ensure timeous submission.
- Procurement: Responsible for sourcing and purchasing in the absence of the MCE Group Buyer (materials, tools, plant hire, services, consumables, etc).
- File & Document Management: Responsible to ensure that a job file is created for all Quotation created. This file to contain all relevant documentation, be clearly identifiable and file in chronological manner for future reference and audits.
- Archiving: archiving methods and procedures for company documents at Metro File.

About me

I have over 15 years of experience in the Business Administration, Bid Management, Content Management and Project Support Management across various sectors/industries, including Public Sector (Government Entities), Private Sector, Insurance, Retail, Telco and Media, Automotive and Manufacturing, managing the full end-to-end bid process.
I am an accredited APMP Bid Manager and a certified SAFe Agilist with extensive experience, within the ICT, Telecommunications, BPO and Engineering Sectors.
Currently I am a self-employed consultant in Mauritius for Scarlet Innovation Limited. Therefore I am able to offer my employer, the diverse knowledge and expertise in Mauritius without the need for a sponsored work permit.
In recent years my core focus was the management of complex and transformational opportunities, for example off shoring of BPO services, managed services, outsource, cloud and system integrator solutions and services.
