I have just over five years of teaching in European and African schools, where I taught English, French and History in both primary and secondary schools. In my last position as a Test Administrator, I have been responsible for the coordination of test development teams, overseeing the processes of item development, item review and the creation of test booklets for a national university entrance exam. I have been responsible for processing test-taker results: running psychometric and scoring programmes, qualitative and quantitative analyses and resulting communication with test-takers. I have also contributed to the creation of educational test administration manuals.
