• Service Desk Support. Managing Logged tickets for users and logging tickets in service-now
• Adding and removing computers from the domain.
• Organising workspaces for employees with computer, monitors and associated cabling or equipment.
• Tracking computer systems and network performances to identify root causes of issues.
• Configurations of printer access for end users as well as scan to email features
• Installation of hardware and software on different system platforms such as laptops, desktops and mobile devices
• Organized IT equipment in systematic manner. Both for assets in use as well as in store for assets management/inventory.
• Conduct routine backups for CCTV, End user devices (laptops/desktops/servers & mobile devices)
• Vendor management and support to ensure our systems are properly serviced and maintained i.e Security Access Control and Internet Services (ISPs)
• Soft phone management i.e 3CX for Voice Over IP
• IT support of over 100 staff members within Zambia and the Southern Africa region.
• Remote support by using remote tools i.e MS Teams, Any desk, team viewer, windows remote desktop feature as well as support via mobile phone
• Installation and management of security systems i.e firewalls, endpoint protection. Configuring Multi-factor Authentication for end users to access internal
