Responsibilities:
• Ensures operational resilience through end-to-end root cause analysis
• Performs technical assistance for issues related to exchange, Microsoft 365 apps, domain and web hosting and Google workspace
• Monitors the effectiveness and success rate of support Service Level Agreement And the support team
• Develops and deliver technical training to clients and colleagues
• Deploys cloud-based application environment (Microsoft 365, Google workspace etc.) for seamless operation and borderless collaboration
• Performs data migration from other email platforms to Microsoft 365 and Google workspace
