DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER

Our client is an editor of an Advanced Sales CRM that salespeople want to use. It gives genuine insights that executives need to grow the business. 

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for providing tremendous customer service via e-mail, chat and phone to all customers of our client. You will also be in charge of training and onboarding of new customers and increasing user adoption.

Your responsibilities:

- As a "doctor on call" for customer issues when they ask for help

- Handle chat/e-mail/zoom conversations

- Document customer issues and feature requests

- Create/update and maintain different help files and process documents

- Train new users added to the CRM to ensure they are up to speed

- Support the retention, expansion and exit of accounts

- Keep track of billing changes and update them daily

- Measure and report all the above

Skills:

- You can demonstrrate that you have acquired skills and that you are capable of learning new stuff fast and continuously

- Reading 1 book every month as part of your job does not bother you

- You are eager to learn more about different software programs

- You have reasonably good excel skill to start with
