Offer description

  • Manage service requests and incidents
  • Delegate administration of Atlassian products on behalf of clients (e.g. user management/permission skills/workflow configuration/add-ons management...)
  • Root cause analysis of clients' issues
  • Client's focal point
  • Advise clients through their situation
  • Propose clear & simple solutions to answer clients' requests within the defined SLA
  • Feed & improve  documentation based on clients' experience and feedback
  • Report on support activities
  • Configurate Apache HTTPD & Tomcat
  • Set up certifications (SSL...)
  • Insure migration of AWS servers
  • Analyse application logs and servers
  • Write Groovy script
  • Upgrade Atlassian products for clients

Required profil description

  • Masters  in Computer  science
  • Mininum 2 years experience in customer technical support
  • French native level & fluent English
  • Competences: Database (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) / System administration / Script writing
