Analyze the customers needs as well as business processes in order to design business solutions with detailed requirements.

Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.

Work alongside the engineering team to formalize the technical specifications of the system.

Support the Software Engineers with developing the system and conduct  functional QC for the  developments made by the Software Engineers.

Be responsible for delivering functional training.

Support and or assist customers to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction with their new system or software.

Support the sales team during the sales or pre-sales process.

Bachelor's degree in Information System/Computer Science/ Business/Accounting/Management. Master degree from business management is an advantage.

 Minimum 4 years experience as a Business/System Analyst

Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

English Fluency.

Strong knowledge in business process modeling (UML).

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ms. Dynamics, Odoo, etc.]

Passion for learning business processes ( i.e.; sales, accounting, supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing).

Experience with Business Intelligence [BI] tools is an advantage.
