Our client specializes in Electronic Payment systems providing state-of-the-art solutions and services in an end-to-end model, both locally and remotely. Now a major E-Payment Solutions provider at an international level, they have a market presence of over 20 years in Mauritius and have operated in more than 30 countries across the globe and counting. 

We are looking for Project Coordinators who will have the following responsibilities:

• Co-animate weekly stand up meetings with respective affiliates.
• Contributes to the deployment process definition and improvement
• Ensures the coordination of the deployment project with the deployment Lead and the geographical zones representatives
• Ensures required escalations of alerts to the Deployment Lead
• Strongly interacts with the other TFTS departments (Product management, Logistics, Support) to ensure a fluid coordination of the deployment tasks
• Assists in generating and maintaining Project Management documentations (Planning) to provide continuous visibility on projects progress.
• Lead assessment process related project risks and issues and suggest solutions where applicable
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth running of the project activities and ensure complementary with other activities and services
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings, ensure changes on the project are registered accordingly and project deadlines are met adequately
• Participate in the project’s audit and collaborate with the follow-up of the audit
• Ensure proper, effective and timely reporting and undertake project tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in project management in international context and release management tools
• Experience in payment industry and/or deployments would be an advantage
• Experience in working in an Agile environment would be an advantage
• Very good verbal, written and presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Should easily adapt in a multi-cultural context
• Team player
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
• Fluent in French and English (Spoken & written)
