-Educate Branches via e-mail and periodic trainings on all observed knowledge gaps
-Provide prompt, efficient and effective ATM monitoring and transaction count report of the Bank’s nationwide and subsidiaries’ terminals
-Resolve first level issues (requests, complaints and enquiries) on the various e-business products from branches and external customers via the desk’s dedicated e-mail box and telephone lines
-Provide excellent Customer Support on all media – Telephone Calls, E-mails and FirstCustomer/CRM
