• Familiarized with the process of Creditfix acting as a middle-man between a client and a creditor (to whom the client owes money)based in UK
• Completed tasks like proof of debts, inputting the amount owed on the system to pay the creditors monthly from the monthly contribution made by the client once they entered in an arrangement with us, it included calculation of the amount owed as per the client and the creditor, followed by a review of supporting evidence to ensure smooth running of their arrangement
• Communicated with creditors to make sure clients are not chased directly and all correspondences go through us first
• Assisted in helping clients not being chased by bailiffs if they are in an arrangement
• Liaised with clients and creditors via inbound, outbound calls and email

I have a bachelors degree in BSc Hons Management with Law. I have experience as a customer support specialist and insolvency advisor for a year each. I have also worked as trainee in the procurement and supply department of the central water authority. I have good knowledge of Dayforce, D365, VisionBlue solutions and Microsoft word,PowerPoint and excel. I have an additional IC3 certification. I am very fluent in english - both written and spoken and I speak and write basic French.
