  • Manage service requests and incidents (Level 1)
  • Delegate administration of Atlassian products on behalf of clients (e.g. user management/permission skills/workflow configuration/add-ons management...)
  • Client's focal point
  • Propose clear & simple solutions to answer clients' requests within the defined SLA
  • Feed & improve documentation based on clients' experience and feedback
  • Report on support activities

Required profil description

  • Minimum 2 years degree in Computer science
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer technical support
  • French native level & fluent English
  • Acquisition : Atlassian Tools
  • Mastery: System administration , Javascript, System & Network
