Providing support to our customers via chat and email o ease their experience on the platform, answer questions, and provide consultative assistance.
Provide support for customers primarily via email, chat, phone, webinar, etc to ease their experience on the platform, answer questions, and provide consultative assistance.
“Own” each customer interaction. Take appropriate steps to listen, understand, and engage with the customer to find solutions & communicate options.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our platform, processes, & practices to ensure quality assistance with incoming customer queries. Continuous learning is necessary as we expand service offerings and make improvements.
Diploma or Degree in a Business related discipline (Management, Business, Marketing)
Must be fluent in English & French. Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciated.
At least 1 year working experience preferably with international exposure in a support role (even if only dealing with international clients over the phone)
Experience in Online Chat support would be a plus
Must be able to speak with a customer as a first level support.
Good oral and written communication skills (email etiquette)
