DESCRIPTION DE L'OFFRE

Design, develop and implement the compensation and benefits framework, policies & procedures in line with
the Regional guidelines.


Ensure that the right level of staff is available and administer all staff issues accordingly.
Support all employees in Mauritius and ensure the smooth running of HR processes.
Forecast, plan and lead the core HR initiatives


 Prepare and manage budget for the HR related expenses and report the same to the Region
 Analyse statistical reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and provide
recommendations for improvement of organization’s policies and practices
 Manpower planning and execution of entire gamut of the recruitment process
 Talent Attraction, Engagement, Development & Retention

DESCRIPTION DU PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Industry Knowledge –

 8-10 years industry experience
 Expert Understanding of HR Management Required.
Business Systems/IT -
 Understanding of data quality benchmarking and management
 Ability to promptly process data
 Expert Knowledge of user application systems (MS Office, Word, Excel, SAP).
