I started my career in 2013 as a Junior Consultant. Today as a Senior Recruitment Consultant with more than 5 years of experience in various sectors, of which 3 years in recruitment & selection and outsourcing of ICT professionals, I have built a strong network and sharpened not only my skills in searching and matching the right person at the right place, but improved my insight in the deeper layers of long-term recruitment, being a guide for both parties, candidate and client. I use my experience, emphatic senses and relationship skills as an added value in recruitment projects.
