    Hired as member of the Executive Team to build the Global Sales function for this Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning RegTech start-up. The company developed innovative Communication Surveillance software utilizing Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence to gain insights from human language using Machine Learning models. The software was targeted toward Compliance and Risk professionals within Financial Services vertical for Trade Surveillance, Conduct Surveillance and Sales Performance Insights, and within the Healthcare vertical to help reduce the time it takes to gain insights from medical documentation and decrease time to diagnosis for various types of cancer. • Built a global sales organization that grew from $8M to $26M is ARR in 14 months. • Created and executed a sales enablement program for our suite of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning software tools for both Financial Services and Healthcare Verticals • Participated in Due Diligence efforts for Series D round of $30M led by BNP Paribas • Drove revenue growth of 280% YOY for FY2018 to $26M – 118% achievement to global plan • Launched Healthcare vertical with first client onboarded within 6 months for an initial $5M agreement • Redesigned and implemented a fresh brand and associated marketing effort, including website, lead-generation, conference presence, digital footprint, and held the inaugural User Conference
