  • Aquarelle Group

    Automated an operation using Microsoft Flow, Sharepoint, oneDrive for business &amp; Kaizala which narrowed down four activities into one saving about 30 minutes for each user per operation.<br> Created a report and dashboards on Microsoft Power BI which analytically visualized historical data of all workers in Aquarelle group from 1983 - 2019 hence generating key insights and trends on employee performance for the Human Resource department. <br> Automated a Microsoft survey form which populates key metrics and visuals on Power BI in real time once it is submitted thereby providing insights in real time on the Power BI dashboard.

  • African Leadership University

    Interviewed 35 students with a teammate and used the data to developed 2 personas reflecting 75% of the ALU student body, which was used to develop a student engagement strategy. Organised office hours twice a week and gave feedback to 190 students on their resumes to get the resumes to a mastery level which they will use to apply for internships. Managed a team of 3 fellows and successfully placed a total of 100 students across different companies in different parts of the world
